Northwest Vacationing designs vacation recommendations for visiting Northwest Wisconsin based on each customer's preferences, as indicated in our online form. Customers need not follow these recommendations, however, nor will they be charged for vacationing as they please. After all, Northwest Vacationing is not in the business of selling vacation packages, but rather vacationing advice and information. Please read our disclaimer for further details.
2. Do you accept online payments?
We accept online payments through PayPal provided the customer feels comfortable using this service. Online payments are not required, however, and both personal checks and money orders are acceptable.
3. How do I know this business is legit?
As noted above, Northwest Vacationing does not require online credit card payments as most scam sites do, nor do we request other sensitive personal information. After filling out the online form, customers are contacted by a real person selling a real product. Also, the owner of this business has included both an about me page and a contact page to help soothe and manage any outstanding concerns.
4. Do you pay refunds?
Due to the sizeable amount of time we spend planning vacations, it is not Northwest Vacationing's policy to issue refunds for any passing matter. In the case of extenuating circumstances, however, we may surely reconsider.

Northwest Vacationing is centered out of Dallas, WI, in the heart of Wisconsin's Great Northwest, an area which we hope to share with our customers. As a result, Northwest Vacationing is close at hand to offer help if ever problems arise.
